PART 1: Flow Digital - General Privacy Policy

Information Collection: When you visit the Flow Digital website, we may collect basic analytics data (such as IP address and browser type) solely to improve site performance and user experience.

No Third-Party Selling: Flow Digital strictly respects your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to marketing agencies or any third parties.

PART 2: Property Pro - Specific Privacy Policy Property Pro is an add-on designed for Google™ Workspace. When using this application, the following specific rules apply regarding your data:

Google™ API Services Limited Use Policy: Property Pro's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google™ APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data Access & Usage: Property Pro only requests the minimum scopes and permissions necessary from your Google™ account to run its core functionality. We use this data strictly to provide the app's features to you.
1. Data We Access: The Property Pro add-on requests access to your Google™ Sheets strictly to function correctly. It requires the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets scope to read and write financial tracking data only within the active spreadsheet you are currently using.
2. External Connections: The Add-on requires the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.external_request scope solely to connect to the Gumroad API to verify your purchased license key. No personal or financial data from your spreadsheet is sent to Gumroad or any of our external servers.
Data Storage & Retention: We do not store your personal Google™ data on our external servers. Any data processed during the use of the app is retained only as long as necessary to perform the requested functions. Once you uninstall the app or revoke permissions, we retain no access to your data.
